The protective cover (2) has an adhesive surface (4) formed in a partial area on a base or supporting layer (3), where adhesive characteristics of the adhesive surface are provided by free function groups such as free hydroxyl groups and nitrogen-groups, of a base material. The base or supporting layer consists of silicone, polyurethane, polyalkohol or polyolefin and polyurethane-gel. Sub-areas are formed with other adhesive surfaces. A reflecting layer is attached on the partial-area, and consists of metallic components such as aluminum, chromium or titanium.
