PURPOSE: A method and a device for controlling a micro grid operation in consideration of a cogeneration system are provided to optimally calculate the output command of the distributed power like the cogeneration on-line. CONSTITUTION: A monitoring control module(130) collects the operation state of loads and distributed power. An optimal operation module(140) determines the output command value of the cogeneration system based on power buying price or power selling price and the generation cost of the cogeneration system.
