PURPOSE: A three dimensional focusing flow guiding device, a manufacturing device of the microcapsules using the same, and a method therefor are provided to manufacture the microcapsules formed in a constant shape through three dimensional focusing flow guidance, and to stably progress a solidification process of the microcapsules. CONSTITUTION: A three dimensional focusing flow guiding device includes the following: a first fluid inlet part(110) supplying first fluid; a second fluid inlet part(120) equipped on a left and a right sides of the first fluid inlet part; and a fluid compaction part(130) consisting of minute channels and equipped on the rear of the first and the second fluid meeting points. The fluid compaction part includes each fluid compaction guide members on the bottom and the top of the minute channels.
