PURPOSE: A purification method of hydrogen gas is provided to reduce processing costs and to improve hydrogen refining efficiency by refining a large amount of hydrogen gas within a rapid time. CONSTITUTION: A purification method of hydrogen gas removing impurities from the hydrogen gas includes a step for removing impurities by passing the hydrogen gas including impurities consisting of a hydrocarbon-based material, boron, phosphorus or a mixture thereof through an adsorption layer filled with an adsorbent(2). A molecular sieve is made of a carbon molecular sieve, a molecular sieve of zeolite, a molecular sieve of silica or an alumina molecular sieve. |
