PURPOSE: A display substrate, a display device thereof, and a manufacturing method of the display substrate is provided to improve the opening ratio of a pixel area. CONSTITUTION: A gate line, a data line, and a thin film transistor are formed in a base substrate. The thin film transistor is electrically connected to the gate line and the data line. In the base substrate, a pixel area is defined. A pixel electrode includes a plurality of branch electrodes(161,162,163,164) and a connection electrode(165) connecting a plurality of branch electrodes. Each branch electrode has a bent unit.
