<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a multipath error in effectively detecting a train position with a simple constitution, by making the most use of a condition such as a railroad field. Ž<P>SOLUTION: One or more reference stations 11 arranged on the ground for receiving a satellite signal from a satellite 24, selects the predetermined number of satellite combinations from the received satellite signals, and calculates the position of the reference station 11 from the selected satellite signal, and generates and transmits high precedence satellite combination information being a combination list of the satellite of a small error to a train 13. A pick-up device of the train 13 receives the satellite signal from the satellite 14, and receives the high precedence satellite combination information generated by the reference station 11, and selects a satellite combination of becoming small in a position error from the received satellite signals, and calculates a position of the train based on the satellite signal received by using the selected satellite signal.
