PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotatably movable safety cover instantly covering a grinding wheel rotating in high speed even if a power plug is inserted to a power source in a switch-on state or if a body is erroneously dropped in use when using a disc grinder. SOLUTION: The rotatably movable safety cover (2) is attached to an existing safety cover (1). When the body is released from a hand, a whole surface of the grinding wheel rotating in high speed is instantly covered with the cover by the spring (3) at the center to secure safety.
