PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for treating sausages and system for treating the sausages, capable of improving the production efficiency of the sausages by automatizing a process of transferring a continuous sausage body hanged as a loop to a long length rod and a process of transfer-loading the rod to a conveying device for conveying it to a next heating process. SOLUTION: This device for treating the sausages includes a rod-supporting means 1 for inserting a rod R into the loop of the sausages hanged by hooks 63, a first transfer-loading means 2 having a pair of rod-receiving parts for receiving both the ends of the rod R held by the rod-supporting means 1 and elevating to an upper predetermined position in a state of supporting both the ends of the rod R, and a second transfer-loading means 3 having a pair of rod-supporting part for receiving and supporting both the ends of the rod R held by the first transfer-loading means 2 at the predetermined position, and also transfer-loading the sausage continuous body 91 to the conveying device 4 for conveying it to the next process.
