摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for effectively introducing a nucleic acid to an animal cell. SOLUTION: The complex is the one composed of a polymer fine particle derived from a crosslinked polymer having the main chain formed out of an ethylenically unsaturated polymerizable group, and a quaternized tertiary amine part in the side chain, and a nucleic acid. The complex exhibits an average particle diameter within the range of from 30 nm to 10 μm measured by carrying out dynamic light scattering particle size analysis (DLS) by dispersing the complex in purified water, and the nucleic acid is selected from the group consisting of plasmid DNA, siRNA, anti-microRNA, antisense nucleic acid, decoy nucleic acid, aptamer and ribozyme.
