<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for supplying a pressurized fluid to a space in an upper cup and a lower cup interposing a lens. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A plurality of clearance grooves 21 are provided on an edge 3b and an edge 4b of an upper cup 3 and a lower cup 4. Thus, damage caused by vibration of the lens 5 due to a pressure rise in the pressurized fluid 40 enclosed in a recessed space 3a and a recessed space 4a is prevented by permitting the excessive pressurized fluid 40 to flow out from the clearance grooves 21 as the recessed space 3a and the recessed space 4a do not get sealed even if the lens is in tight contact with the edge 3b and the edge 4b.
