<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a batting practice apparatus utilizing a wire pulley system, capable of immediately returning a hit ball after batting to the original position to rest, and capable of reducing the size of the whole apparatus. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Wires 2 and 3 are divided into an upper wire 2 and a lower wire as a pair of two wires via the hit ball 1. The other ends of the wires 2 and 3 are fixed via a moving pulley mechanism composed of a combination of fixed pulleys and moving pulleys to apply returning force to the moving pulleys 43 and 44.
