PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To downsize a headlamp for vehicle while securing superb conductivity between a reflector and a socket. SOLUTION: The headlamp for vehicle is provided with a case 31 for holding a given structure with a socket 19 arranged inside, and a connecting part 32 protruded toward a base side from an opposed face 31a of the case opposed to the base 8b of the case. Conductive members 40, 41 transmitting noise generated at lighting of a discharge lamp 8 are fitted to a lamp-holding part 13 of a reflector 7, a conductive part 34a connected to the conductive member is fitted at an outer periphery side of the connecting part at the opposed face to the case part of the socket 19, and the conductive member and the conductive part are connected to each other in a connection direction of the base of the discharge lamp with the connecting part of the socket 19.
