The present invention relates to a floor plate for heating and cooling, comprising a body constructed on top of a concrete mortar layer, and at least one transfer path formed on said body to supply heating/cooling water introduced into one side of said body to another side of said body. The present invention has improved cooling and heating efficiencies compared with the prior art, and reduced inter-layer vibration and noise transmission, and enables the reduction of materials required for manufacturing a floor plate for heating and cooling, and promotes more effective and easy installation and maintenance of heating and cooling pipes, compared with the prior art. |
