PURPOSE: Surface filtering elastic pavement for managing nonpoint pollution is provided to control the nonpoint pollution of a city for a long time through a single installation. CONSTITUTION: Surface filtering elastic pavement for managing nonpoint pollution comprises a porous elastic layer(10), and a rubble layer(14), and a reinforcing mat(16). The porous elastic layer has elasticity on the surface thereof. The rubble layer is located on the lower part of the porous elastic layer. The reinforcing mat is installed on the lower part of the rubble layer.
