PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tip dresser apparatus capable of cutting an electrode tip used for the electric resistance spot welding with excellent accuracy. SOLUTION: A fixed side restricting member 13 having a restriction hole 13d in which a fixed shank or a circumferential surface of an electrode tip to be mounted on the fixed shank is inserted is provided below a rotary blade 8. Thus, the entire welding gun is not oscillated, and the positional relationship in the horizontal direction between the rotary blade 8 and the electrode tip is fixed.
