<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicament preparation having a release profile of an active agent over for a long time in a digestive tract. Ž<P>SOLUTION: There is provided a matrix system medicament preparation with a controlled release of an active agent, the preparation including: (a) 30-77.3 wt.% of an active agent selected from the group consisting of 1-cyclopropyl-7-([S,S]-2,8-diazabicyclo[4.3.0]non-8-yl)-6-fluoro-1,4-dihydro-8-methoxy-4-oxo-3-quinolone carboxylic acid and/or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof and/or hydrates thereof; (b) 19.3-50 wt.% of a water-swellable polymer having a viscosity of at least 15 mPa s (measured as an aqueous solution having a concentration of 2% at 20°C); and (c) 0 to 50 wt.% of a pharmaceutically acceptable auxiliary or carrier. The preparation has an average release rate of 80% in 2 hours and 80% in 16 hours and an initial release of 60% or less of the active agent in the first hour of release.
