CAST METAL STRUCTURE, METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME, AND ELECTRONIC COMPONENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cast metal structure in which the margin of the face in a flat face part is reduced, a method for producing the same, and an electronic component. SOLUTION: The cast metal structure has: an almost planar flat face part 1; and a wall part 2 formed at either side of the flat face part 1 so as to surround the periphery thereof. A thick part 3 is formed in the vicinity of the center of the face on the side at which the wall part 2 of the flat face part 1 is formed at prescribed intervals from the confronted wall part 2 in the edge part of the longitudinal direction. The thick part 3 occupies at least a part of a region in which the local deformation of the flat face part 1 is generated in the case it is not provided. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
