<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water treatment apparatus and a water treatment method which can greatly improve the performance of a pressure flotation device and can improve the performance of a next process treatment device. <P>SOLUTION: In the water treatment apparatus, micro-nano bubbles are supplied from a micro-nano bubble generator 54 to a coagulation and adhesion tank 4, whereby the micro-nano bubbles are made to adhere to coagulated flocs formed in the coagulation and adhesion tank 4. Additionally, fine bubbles supplied from a pressure tank 16 to a lower mixing portion 10 of the pressure flotation device 9 are made to adhere to the coagulated flocs. As a result, the coagulated flocs can be separated by floatation in the pressure flotation device 9 in a short time by both of the micro-nano bubbles and the fine bubbles. By adding a surfactant from a surfactant tank 18 to a micro-nano bubble generation tank 31, secondary treatment water containing a large amount of small-sized micro-nano bubbles and nanobubbles can be prepared in the micro-nano bubble generation tank 31. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
