PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide high potency antibodies containing immunologically active fragments having high kinetic association rate constants and an optional high affinities.

SOLUTION: The high potency antibodies comprises the production of recombinant antibodies containing the immunologically active fragments consisting of one or more frame work structures having a specific selective amino acid sequence and/or a heavy chain containing a CDR and light chain variable region, the screening of the recombinant antibodies based on the high kinetic association rate constant in the case that the recombinant antibodies react with selected antigens in vitro, and the selection of the antibodies having the high kinetic association rate constant.
