<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and system for predicting protein-protein interaction as a drug target. <P>SOLUTION: A mathematical model is built for predicting protein-protein interaction as a possible drug target by using, as positive and negative examples, a protein-protein interaction data set having conformational attributes of protein-protein interaction, attributes of existing drugs/compounds to act on respective proteins forming the protein-protein interaction, and attributes of biological functions of the respective proteins forming the protein-protein interaction, and by performing machine learning. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
