PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceiling-embedded ventilator having a DC motor fixing configuration stable in quality without degrading ventilating performance. SOLUTION: The DC motor 15 is received inside of a motor fixing case 16 formed by joining an upper case 16b opened at its lower part, to a lower case 16a fitted and fixed in a case fixing hole 22A formed on a top plate 14A of a body frame 3 and opened at its upper part, and fixed in a state of being vertically held by the lower case 16a and the upper case 16b through vibration-proofing rubber 17, thus a part of the DC motor 15 can be inserted into the body frame 3 and mounted on the top plate 14a through the vibration-proofing rubber 17 without cracking and wrinkling the top plate 14A.
