PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately and easily adjust nails on a game machine. SOLUTION: The average variation-starting frequency and reservation-related information are acquired based on the number of out balls, starting winning information and variation starting information collected from the game machine. Then, the result of comparison of the average variation-starting frequency with a first reference and the result of comparison of the reservation-related information with a second reference are output. The number of reserved balls can be increase/decreased without affecting the variation-starting frequency of a symbol display device, but the increase/decrease of reserved balls greatly affects the mentality of a player playing games. Accordingly, by considering not only the average variation-starting frequency but also the reservation-related information, subtle adjustment of nails can be accurately and easily carried out.
