PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking member for fixing vehicular interior material, firmly bonded and fixed to the interior material. SOLUTION: The locking member 10 for fixing the vehicular interior material intervenes between the interior material of vehicle and a panel, and fixes the interior material to the panel. The locking member 10 has: a locking part 20, lockable with a connecting member attached to the panel; a main part 11, facing the interior material, and provided with a back face 12 bondable with the interior material by use of an adhesive; and a flange part 21 (21'), integrally formed with the main part 11, including a first face 13 facing the panel and a second face 14 facing the interior material and bondable with the interior material by use of the adhesive. The flange part 21 is provided with a through-hole 27 penetrating through the flange part between a first face 13 and a second face 14.
