<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform symbol changing action for presentation with variety and at high speed. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Display boards 202L and 202R are moved by proportional solenoids 203L and 203R in parallel directions to the rotation shafts of reels 101a and 101c, respectively. The display boards 202L and 202 are thus moved between a position on the back side of transparent parts 621a, 622a, 621c, and 622c of the reels 101a and 101c and a position apart from the back side of the transparent parts 621a, 622a, 621c, and 622c.
