<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To configure a driving device assembly that reliably implements tilt adjustment of a support, and to configure a disk device with the driving device assembly. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The driving device assembly 5 has the support 31 which movably supports a pickup apparatus, a screw 83 which can adjust attachment position of the support 31, and a coil spring 93 which is mounted to the screw 83. The driving device assembly 5 can be provided with a base 20 which supports the support 31 and which vertically arranges the screw 83 and on which the coil spring 93 abuts and/or a spring 91 which presses the support 31 toward the screw 83. Further, a surface part 31a of the support 31 can be made to abut on a head 85 of the screw 83. Further, the coil spring 93 has a first end part 96 which abuts on the head 85 of the screw 83 and a second end part 97 which abuts on the base 20 that supports the screw 83 in a screwed manner, and a screw part 84 which has a substantially rod shape and which configures the screw 83 can be inserted into a coil part 94 which has a substantially cylindrical shape and which configures the coil spring 93.
