<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional decorative plate and a method for manufacturing the three-dimensional decorative plate allowing a specific three-dimensional shape to be easily selected according to a decorative design and allowing the three-dimensional shape to be devised in various ways. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the three-dimensional decorative plate includes: a print image creating process for creating a print image formed of a first decorative design 11 and a second decorative design 12 arranged around the first decorative design 11; a printing process for printing the print image on a plate; and a forming process for forming the plate into three-dimensional shape. The forming process has a die composing process for composing a molding die that coincides with a desired three-dimensional shape and has air permeability, by combining a lower die for forming the vicinity of the second decorative design 12, with an upper die for forming the vicinity of the first decorative design 11; a heating process for softening the plate by heating; and a transfer process for moving the plate and the molding die relatively close to each other to deform the plate along the surface of the molding die, and sucking the plate from the rear face of the molding die to bring the plate and the molding die into close contact to thereby transfer the shape of the molding die.
