<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the accuracy of the positioning and lamination of a rubber strip by accurately laminating the rubber strip extruded from an extruder on a molded object by a lamination roller. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The rubber extrusion front end of a mouthpiece 13 set in the extruder 10 is arranged close to the axis position lower part of the lamination roller 20, and the rubber strip G is extruded from the mouthpiece 13 toward the approaching lamination roller 20. The extruded rubber strip G is moved to the molded object H and pushed to the outside surface by the rotating lamination roller 20 and wound while being pressure-bonded with the rotation of the molded object H. By a movement means 30, the lamination roller 20 and the extruder 10 are moved unitedly along the outside surface of the molded object H.
