PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing Cudrania Tricupspidate Bureau spirituous liquor is provided to remove foreign materials and unpleasant smell. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing Cudrania Tricupspidate Bureau spirituous liquor comprises: a step of preparing sweet pumpkin, bamboo bottle, and bark, root, stem, and leaf of Cudrania Tricupspidate Bureau by repeating steaming and drying nine time; a step of pulverizing Cudrania Tricupspidate Bureau; a step of preparing hard-boiled rice; a step of heating corn stem, Cudrania Tricupspidate Bureau, and water; a step of preparing Cudrania Tricupspidate Bureau syrup; a step of crushing sweet pumpkin; a step of fermenting with hard-boiled rice, yeast, and malt; a step of adding Cudrania Tricupspidate Bureau syrup, corn extract, and sweet pumpkin; a step of fermenting secondly; and a step of maturing for 6 months to a year. |
