<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC tag reading device that automatically reads information of an IC tag owned by a person to be managed or an IC tag attached to an apparatus or the like, transmits it to a data center, and can be installed in an optional place. <P>SOLUTION: The IC tag reading device comprises: an IC tag reader 2 automatically reading the information of the IC tag 8 owned by the person to be managed or attached to the apparatus or the like; a communication line adapter 3 outputting the read data to a communication line and transmitting them to the data center; and a storage box 1 storing a power supply device 4. The IC tag reading device automatically transmits the information of the person to be managed or the apparatus to the data center 11 via a communication line network 10, and the information is managed in the data center 11.
