<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow-controllable cell pump with an oscillation type slide valve, minimizing vibration generated in the slide valve at minimum manufacturing and assembling costs. <P>SOLUTION: The cell pump includes a drive shaft 3 mounted to a pump housing 2, an inner rotor 4 arranged on the drive shaft 3, a projection 5 for a bearing, arranged on the slide control valve 1 and provided with a bearing shell 6, a bearing element arranged on the bearing shell 6, a reception shell 7 receiving the bearing element, a pump chamber 8, a suction space 10 provided on opposite sides of the pump chamber 8 in the pump housing 2 and communicating with a suction connection socket 9, a pressure space 12 provided on opposite sides of the pump chamber 8 and communicating with a pressure connection socket 11, a slide control valve arm 13 provided on the slide control valve 1, an operation spring 14 biasing the slide control valve 1, and a pressure control chamber 15, and the bearing element comprises a bearing sleeve 16 having a flow opening 17. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
