<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of deodorizing and solidifying the sludge by using microbial bacteria and a cement-based solidifying agent, and to efficiently use a solid material produced by this method. <P>SOLUTION: The deodorizing and solidifying method of sludge includes: a step of collecting sludge and dewatering it (step S1); a step of adding at least the cement-based solidifying material, bacillus, and paper-making burned ash and/or coal ash to the dewatered sludge and kneading it (step S2); and a step of curing the kneaded mixture (step S3). In the paper-making burned ash and/or coal ash, bacillus may be added in advance before the kneading step and a drying treatment may be conducted. Bacillus simplex is preferable for bacillus to be used. Also, the solid material produced by this deodorizing and solidifying method has a water purifying effect. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
