PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for toilet for suppressing the generation of excrement odor itself, and also to provide a urine odor suppressing method. SOLUTION: Disclosed are the composition for toilet containing a component (a) and a component (b), and the urine odor generation suppressing method in which the composition for toilet containing the components (a), (b) and water is brought into contact with the surface of an object which generates the urine odor, wherein the component (a) is one or more kinds ofβ-glucuronidase selected from among macrocyclic compounds of 14 to 18-membered rings, and the component (b) is one or more kinds of surfactants, of which the content is >5 to 70 mass%.
