PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an access control system for much more surely restricting the transmission of an unauthorized request. SOLUTION: The access control system includes: a server 80: a user terminal 10 which is able to communicate through a communication network 100 with a server 80; and an access control device 70 having a control means 71 for, when the user terminal 10 is being logging in the server 80, interrupting request transmission from the user terminal 10 to the other server connected to the communication network 100.
