PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an expansive admixture for concrete which develops sufficient hydration swelling in a concrete structure even when forms are removed in early stage of 2-3 days after placed and remarkably reduces the drying shrinkage and the occurrence of crack after that. SOLUTION: The expansive admixture contains quick lime powder, gypsum anhydride powder and alkali fluoroaluminate wherein the quick lime occupies >25 mass% to≤90 mass% of the total of quick lime powder and the gypsum anhydride powder and the ratio of alkali fluoroaluminate to the total of the alkali fluoroaluminate, quick lime powder and gypsum anhydride powder is 0.1-2.0 mass% in outer percentage.
