PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make frames of a comic easy to view for a user. SOLUTION: A method includes a step of reading images of comics in a storage means; a step of reading data about frame ranges in the storage means; a frame group formation step (S216) for determining frame ranges to be included in display ranges which are to be displayed in the comic images; a division display step (S224, S226) for dividing, when the whole of the frame ranges to be displayed can not be settled in a display area, frames to impart numbers in order of display, and determining display ranges of the comic images in order of the numbers: a step of displaying the determined display ranges; a step of determining whether to advance the frame ranges or to return them on receiving input by an input means; a step of executing whether to return the next or the previous frame range to the frame group formation step or to advance or to return an order in a division display steps, on the basis of results of determination; and a step of repeating the above steps.
