<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a medium to be transferred allowing to be nipped between a transfer driving-roller and a transfer driven-roller without releasing the transfer driven-roller, at a low cost and in a substantially damage-free state and further to obtain the medium to be transferred having a structure much easier to be inserted between the transfer driving-roller and transfer driven-roller. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A tray 50 having a plate-like shape so as to allow for a target recording medium such as an optical disk to be set includes a tray body 51 and a set part 52 for setting a target recording medium such as an optical disk. In a leading end 56 which becomes the leading edge when delivering the tray 50 to a printer, tongue pieces 57, 57 having a shape like protruding in the transfer direction of the tray 50 are integrally formed with the tray body 51 so as to allow for the tray 50 to be easily inserted between the transfer driving-roller and transfer driven-roller and furthermore, by this means, it enables the tongue pieces 57 not to be easily damaged.
