<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form separator allowing a male screw section from being easily removed from a shaft body without providing an internal space allowing oscillation of a positioning member in the vertical direction. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The form separator comprises a shaft having male screw sections on both ends of the shaft body and positioning members individually installed at both ends of the shaft body in the length direction. A positioning member loading section and a twisting-off groove for twisting the male screw section off the shaft body by turing the operation of the shaft body around the axis of the male screw section is provided on one end of the male screw section in the length direction. The shaft body is provided with a turn-inhibiting means for inhibiting the shaft body embedded in a concrete structure from turning around the axis of the shaft body, and the positioning member comprises a block body formed by compressing mortar.
