<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the increase of the inflow resistance of blood flowing into a cardiotomy part. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The defoamer 20 is composed of two sheets of materials 200a for the defoamer roughly in a T shape as a whole including roughly rectangular main parts 201a and 201b and roughly rectangular sub parts 202a<SB>1</SB>, 202a<SB>2</SB>, 202b<SB>1</SB>and 202b<SB>2</SB>provided on two opposing sides of the main parts respectively. The two sheets of materials 200a for the defoamer are bonded along the two opposing sides of the main parts to configure an annular body, and the sub parts are positioned on the inner side of the main parts.
