<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic treatment apparatus of structure for preventing twist of a connection code and improving rotation operability of a treating part and to provide a conducting method for an oscillator unit of the ultrasonic treatment apparatus. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the ultrasonic treatment apparatus 1, rotary fixing contact point units 45a, 45b are fixed to a doughnut plate-shaped part 43 of a body case 10, so that even when a positive electrode ring 28a and a negative electrode ring 28b rotate in the direction around an axis by rotary operation of a rotary operation knob 83, the rotary fixing contact point units 45a, 45b do not rotate in conjunction with the rotation of the electrode rings. In this state, connection state between the rotary fixing contact point unit 45a and the positive electrode ring 28a is electrically maintained at a positive contact point 123a and connection state between the rotary fixing contact point unit 45b and the negative electrode ring 28b is electrically maintained at a negative contact point 123b.
