摘要

A data aggregation unit aggregates data of posterior process items involved in a posterior process, with respect to each of the devices configuring a process preceding the posterior process, and aggregates data of process items which can be acquired from each process, with respect to each device configuring each process. The aggregated data is displayed so that the posterior process items in the posterior process and the preceding process items in the preceding process can be compared, regarding a lot processed by a specific device and the total lots, respectively.
