APPARATUS FOR ESTIMATING NATURE OF HIGH PRESSURE TRANSFER CONCRETE

PURPOSE: A device for testing the properties of high pressure concrete is provided to accurately estimate the quality variation by providing the same environment as the real spot is offered. CONSTITUTION: A device for testing the properties of high pressure concrete comprises a container(110), a pressure pump(120), a pressure controlling device(130), a pressure sensing part(140) and a microcomputer(150). The concrete sample is filled inside the container. The container is formed into a cylindrical shape with a metal material on which the upper side is opened in order to discharge the concrete sample with the pneumatic provided from outside. The pressure pump is connected through the container and the air hose in order to supply pneumatic to the inside of the container. The pressure controlling device is installed in one side of the container in order for the pressure of the inside of the container to be maintained to the configuration pressure. The pressure sensing part measures the pressure of the inside of the container and the concrete sample exhausted from the container. The microcomputer checks the pressure of the inside of the container inputted from the pressure sensing part.
