PURPOSE: A system and a method of alerting early for recovering electronic customs system failure are provided to automatically monitoring the failure of the electronic customs system, thereby rapidly recovering the failure of the electronic custom system. CONSTITUTION: An electronic clearance system process customs work according to customs business process. A early alert system(200) comprises a data receiving unit(301), a failure sensing unit(303), a display unit(305). The data receiving unit receives work processing data of the electronic customs system from the electronic customs system. The failure sensing unit sense the failure of the electronic customs system by the work processing data. The display unit output sensing result of the failure sensing unit.
