摘要

This object aims to provide a device specifying method and a device specifying system for specifying a device of the root cause of a disturbance of productivity in view of mutual influences among the processes resulting from a production fluctuation, in respect to an issue of specifying a device involved in a production capability decline based on a problem of changes in production capability of the device due to multiple-process production and a problem of changes in production capability of the device due to mix production of various kinds of products. The device specifying method and the device specifying system are comprised of a means for intentionally changing the production capability of each device and simulating the influence of the change on the entire production system, a means that measures mutual influences among the processes resulting from a production fluctuation having occurred through the simulation, and a means that specifies a device of the root cause of a disturbance of productivity based on the measurement result.
