PURPOSE: A plastic substrate of a ductility display and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to economically manufacture the substrate. CONSTITUTION: A plastic substrate of a ductility display comprises the following: a base film containing an organic synthesized or an inorganic layered compound nano particle selected from the group consisting of kaolinite, montmorillonite, dickite, saponite, talcum, vermiculate, and muscovitum; a primer layer formed with a polysilazane material; and a barrier layer formed by evaporating an inorganic barrier compound selected from the group consisting an inorganic oxide, an inorganic nitride, an inorganic oxynitride, and others, to the surface of the primer layer.
