<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lid material which does not require any treatment for drawing powder or chips and does not require any heating for obtaining an opening. <P>SOLUTION: The lid material has a lower lid 20 to be fixed to a container, and an upper lid 30 which is peelably layered on the lower lid 20. A cutout 34 serving as a starting point of peeling and penetrating the upper lid 30 is formed in the upper lid 30.
