PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupon information provision system for making a maker to provide a service corresponding to a consumer trend to a consumer without generating the management costs of personal information for the maker.

SOLUTION: A maker server receives sales information indicating merchandise sold to a user for each of the attributes of at least either the sex or the age of the user or both of them, and accepts the input of coupon information indicating a privilege to be provided to the user, and accepts the input of coupon provision pattern information in which coupon provision conditions indicating the attributes of the user being the object of provision of coupon information and coupon identification information for identifying the coupon information corresponding to the coupon provision conditions are associated with each other, and a coupon provision server transmits the sales information stored in a retail dealer server to the maker server, and the retail dealer server outputs the coupon information corresponding to the user attribute information corresponding to the input user identification on the basis of the coupon provision pattern input to the maker server and the user attribute information.
