<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an angular velocity sensor sensitivity measuring apparatus which can measure the sensitivity of an angular velocity sensor in a short time by a simple mechanism. <P>SOLUTION: The angular velocity sensor sensitivity measuring apparatus includes: a holding member 306 to which the sensor unit of the angular velocity sensor 301 is mounted; a vibration table 302 on which the holding member 306 is mounted; and a vibration generator 303 for giving the vibration table 302 vibrations in a first vibration direction. The first vibration direction by the vibration generator 303 does not match a second vibration direction given to a weight 104 of the sensor unit. The first vibration direction does not match neither the direction of an angular velocity detected by the angular velocity sensor nor a vibration direction given to the weight 104 by the angular velocity sensor 301 to detect an angular velocity, while the vibration frequency of the first vibration direction matches the vibration frequency of the second vibration direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
