PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-vehicle apparatus capable of checking a change in alarming information, while concentrating on a driving operation, in order to enable a scheduled behavior to be carried out. SOLUTION: A concern-information update determining section 110 compares the transportation latest information which is obtained by an in-vehicle unit information detecting/determining section 101, with transportation information obtained by a cellular phone 900, and determines whether the transportation information which is a concern of an occupant changes, based on concern information of the occupant estimated by a concern-estimating section 110. When there is a change, a notice control section 103 sends image display data of notice information to a Display-notifying section 104. The Display-notifying section 104, by which the image display data of the notice information are received, controls a display, such that a corresponding image display is carried out on a display screen of a Display 104a. Similarly, the notice control section 103 sends voice output data of the notice information to a voice notifying section 105. The voice notifying section 105 by which the voice output data of the notice information are received, controls the output, such that a corresponding voice output is output from a loudspeaker 105a.
