PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide artificial lawn excelling in wear resistance, having durability even under a long-term use and having flame resistance. SOLUTION: The artificial lawn 1 is formed by inserting turf leaves (A) formed of synthetic resin not containing a flame retarder, and turf leaves (B) formed of synthetic resin containing the flame retarder in a pile shape into primary foundation cloth 2 formed of woven/knitted fabric or non-woven fabric. Particularly, the artificial lawn 1 is formed in such a manner that an imaginary plane including upper ends of the turf leaves (A) is arranged to be higher than an imaginary plane including upper ends of the turf leaves (B).
