PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding sheet which is structured in such a way that a plurality of folded paper piece parts are releasably attached to each other, and the sheet can be spread in a direction opposite to the folding direction. SOLUTION: The folding sheet 1 has such a structure that two paper piece parts 11 and 12 connected together through perforations 31 are folded by the perforations 31, with the mutually opposed surfaces which are attached together releasably. The paper piece parts 11 and 12 are connected with each other in such a way that they are separable by the perforations 31, and each have a stubbornly adhesive part 20 which extends in a direction orthogonal with the perforations 31 on one side edge part of the connection direction, and is made difficult to be released from each other.
